The capital markets remain hot, my inbox remains relentless, and yet - I’m reminding myself that sometimes the win isn’t the billion-dollar deal, but simply making it through another day intact. When the pace feels testing, it’s easy to think you’re falling behind. But truthfully, every day you survive is a step forward.

I’ve been leaning into positivity - sometimes forced, sometimes genuine. Anchoring myself in small rituals (yes, the 6am workouts are non-negotiable), celebrating the little wins, and trying to remind myself that resilience is as much a skill as financial modelling.

🏦 Wall Street Girl Take on the Week

  • Markets: Still buoyant, still volatile - everyone’s hunting yield, but cracks are starting to show. In moments like these, stamina > strategy.

  • Personal Hack: Reframing the to-do list. Instead of “finish everything,” my mantra has been “do what moves the needle today.” It’s kept me sane. Call me crazy but as I revisit my to-do lists from prior weeks, everything gets ticked off eventually and I’m reminded that ‘Girl you got this, don’t stress it’

  • Mood: Survival mode, but in dark stain lipstick and heels

❤️ Life Outside the Desk

This week has been less about dinners and more about balance. Dating, relationships, and friendships have reminded me of the same lesson I see at work: nothing grows if you don’t water it.
Time invested - even in small, imperfect doses - matters more than grand gestures. One thing about me - I will never put my career ahead of my personal life for a sustained period of time - happiness first, always.

I went for dinner on Thursday night and discovered my new favourite drink - a Mezcal Sour! Have you ever (please see below to drool)

What’s Next

The Wall Street Girls Club community is shaping up, and I can’t wait to officially launch it. A space for women who know the weight of client deadlines but also the power of having a tribe outside of them.

If you’d like to be part of the group chat, reply to this email. Think of it as your safety net: a place to share wins, vent losses, and remind each other that survival is success.

Some weeks are about thriving; others are about surviving. Either way, we keep moving.

With love,
