This Week’s Theme: Relentless Belief, Daily Action

There are certain seasons in life where you just know. You stop questioning, you stop hesitating, you stop waiting.

And you decide: I can and I will. Watch me.

Let’s get into it

🌴 What I Learned in Miami

Miami was more than a trip - it was me rolling the dice of life.

The biggest takeaway? Environment changes everything.

Being surrounded by people who are:

  • ambitious

  • building

  • thinking bigger

  • executing at speed

forces you to level up, whether you’re ready or not. But alongside that energy, I was reminded of three things:

1. Who you surround yourself with matters

The right rooms expand you.
The wrong ones keep you comfortable.

2. Resilience is built, not gifted

Everyone I met had moments of doubt, failure, loneliness - but they kept going anyway.

3. You need time away from your phone

Some of my clearest thinking came from being offline.
Less noise. More clarity.

And perhaps the most important lesson: Progress isn’t dramatic. It’s 1% improvements, every single day. This is one of my daily mantras and something I’ve spoken around a lot - but it matters! And it’s something we all need to remind ourselves of on a daily basis

🪞 Building a Powerful Personal Brand - The Vision for WSGC

If there’s one thing I’m becoming increasingly clear on, it’s this:

Your personal brand is not what you say. It’s what people feel when they experience you.

WSGC is not just content.
It’s not just finance.
It’s not just lifestyle.

It’s a space for women who want more.

More clarity.
More money.
More power.
More self-belief.

And my role in that? To become a voice for my people.

To say the things you’re thinking but not always expressing.
To share what you need to hear - not just what’s easy to say.
To build a space where we support each other when things are hard, not just when things look good.

Because building anything meaningful is not linear. And no one should have to navigate that alone.

The Power of Manifestation - And Actually Backing It With Action

At the start of 2026, I created my vision board.

Not a vague one - a structured, intentional, non-negotiable one. In case you missed it you can find it along with my prioritizations in my mid-January newsletter!

My focus areas were clear:

  • Career & Business (my top priority)

  • Finances (my second top priority)

  • Home

  • Health

  • Learning

  • Wants

  • Love (bottom of the list)

Let’s talk honestly.

Career and business?
Exactly where they need to be.

Momentum is strong. Visibility is increasing. Opportunities are compounding.

Finances? Not where they should be. And I’m calling myself out on that.

So this weekend, I’ll be sitting down with my newest financial advisor -
aka my mum - to go through everything properly now bonuses have landed.

Because manifestation is not just visualisation. It’s accountability.

And then there’s love

At the start of the year, I said something that felt bold:

Even though dating wasn’t a priority,
I was convinced I would meet my husband this year.

And for the first time in my life, I knew:

  • who he was

  • how old he’d be

  • where he’d likely be from

I put it out to the universe.

And - well we’ll see how that one plays.

But what I do know is this:

For the past five years, I’ve used manifestation and goal setting.
But this year is different.

This year I locked in.

No distractions.
Clear priorities.
Daily alignment with the life I want.

And even though we’re only in March - I’ve stuck to the plan.

And I’m not stopping now.

🌿 Life Lately - Speed, Then Stillness

After Miami, I made a decision: slow down.

Not forever, just for a moment.

No to-do list.
No rigid structure.
No over-optimising every hour.

Instead:

  • time with my family

  • nights out with the finance bros

  • switching off

  • letting myself just be

Because while WSGC is built on: hard work, grit, ambition and discipline

It also stands for something equally important: rest and recovery are part of the strategy.

You cannot operate at 100mph forever. And the women who last the longest are the ones who know when to pause.

📊 WSGC Take on the Financial Markets

A few key themes dominating markets this week:

1. UK Borrowing Costs Surge

UK borrowing costs have hit their highest levels since the financial crisis.

This impacts:

  • government spending

  • mortgage rates

  • overall economic confidence

And it’s a reminder that macro pressure is still very real.

2. AI Sell-Off

After months of aggressive growth, AI-linked stocks are seeing a pullback.

Why?

  • valuations stretched

  • profit-taking

  • market recalibration

WSGC Take:
Even the strongest themes need correction.
That’s where long-term positioning matters.

3. Ongoing Geopolitical Tension

War-related uncertainty continues to impact:

  • energy markets

  • investor sentiment

  • global risk appetite

Markets don’t like uncertainty - but they adapt faster than most expect.

This week reminded me of one simple truth:

Belief is powerful. But belief backed by action is unstoppable.
