There’s a very specific energy that arrives when you stop negotiating with your purpose. It feels like clarity. Velocity. Momentum with no friction.

This week, that’s exactly where I’ve been operating from - and what I want to share with

1. The WSGC Rules - Your New Operating System

Here are the non-negotiables guiding WSGC this year (and the framework I live by):

1. Discipline over motivation
Motivation comes and goes. Discipline compounds.

2. Protect your information diet
Consume what nourishes your mind, not what drains it.

3. Don’t chase - align
What is meant for you cannot be taken from you. You attract by being in integrity.

4. Softness is a strength
Leading with warmth and femininity is a superpower, not a weakness.

5. Growth requires risk
Every major shift in your life will require you to do something uncomfortable.

6. Real relationships > aesthetics
Depth will always outperform attention.

7. A woman who knows her purpose is unstoppable
When you’re aligned, everything in your life starts to reorder itself.

2. Life Lately - Carbone London + 100 MPH Energy

If you want proof life can be both high-speed and high-quality, this week was it.

I squeezed in:

  • a Friday night table at Carbone London

  • back-to-back days running at what feels like 100 miles an hour

  • staying grounded while balancing intense deal flow at work

  • keeping WSGC top of mind every single day

It’s been chaotic, energising, and very me.
There’s a certain beauty in moving fast with intention.

3. Becoming One With Your Life’s Purpose - And Holding the Momentum

There’s a moment where ambition stops feeling forced.
Where you’re no longer “pushing” your life forward - you’re being pulled by something bigger.

That’s what true alignment feels like.

This week I reminded myself:

  • When your work is tied to purpose, you don’t burn out - you evolve.

  • When your goals have clarity, you stop doubting yourself.

  • When you’re on the right path, opportunities appear that you never could have scripted.

WSGC isn’t just a brand anymore it’s a vehicle for something I’ve felt my entire life:
women stepping into wealth, influence, and confidence without apology.

And the momentum is real. I’m not letting go of it.

4. Case Study of the Week - EQT’s Acquisition of Coller Capital

This week’s major headline: EQT acquiring Coller Capital, one of the biggest players in secondaries.

To me, this deal is fascinating for two reasons:

i) Secondaries are becoming the new frontier

When I was interviewing for private equity roles years ago, I was laser focused on secondaries.
Why? Because the growth trajectory was undeniable - transparency, liquidity, and optionality.

This deal confirms what I believed then:
The next decade of private markets will be fuelled by secondaries innovation.

ii) Spotting trends early is a superpower

This is exactly the kind of strategic thinking I’m applying to WSGC.

Seeing where markets, culture, and capital are heading - and building ahead of the curve - is where value is created.

WSGC is being built with that same mentality: anticipate, not react.

5. WSGC Founding Circle - Phone Numbers Needed 💬
