💭 This Week’s Theme: Power, Pleasure & Personal Growth

I got back late last night from a long weekend celebrating my birthday at Estelle Manor in the Cotswolds.

This morning, I woke up feeling incredibly inspired. Re-energised. It’s as though every curveball, setback, or detour over the past year makes sense now - each one a breadcrumb leading to this next chapter with Wall Street Girls Club.

I can feel the momentum building. Personally. Professionally. Emotionally.
33 feels like it will be another transformational year - clearer priorities, higher standards, and softer energy all at once.

💼 Wall Street Girls Club - Why I’m So Driven Right Now

What began as a content series has become a movement.
Wall Street Girls Club isn’t just a brand - it’s the community I wish I’d had in my early banking years.

Every late night, every setback, every risk has somehow pointed here. And now, it’s about more than advice - it’s about creating real spaces and tools for ambitious women to design lives that feel aligned.

The foundation is clear: finance meets feminine power, and the future is about equipping women to lead, fund, and build differently.

The vision feels unstoppable - and deeply personal.

What a lot of you may not know is it has been years in the making. I made the decision that true entrepreneurship was the end goals about 3 years ago when I closed the door on Private Equity, but it has been years of reading, reflecting and testing ideas out on socials to arrive at where I am today - where for the first time in a long time everything seems to make sense and I don’t have a single doubt in my mind as to the vision, the product and the goal. This is truly the very beginning and the sky is (as always) the limit.

A community for ambitious women who want more than the traditional path.
Women like me - high-performing, intentional, style obsessed, emotionally intelligent, quietly powerful.

When I look back, it’s clear:

  • Every deal I’ve led

  • Every burnout I’ve survived

  • Every setback

  • Every moment of doubt

  • Every reinvention

  • Every success that felt muted

  • Every heartbreak that cracked something open

…was preparing me to build this.

33 feels like the year WSGC becomes what it was always meant to be.
A platform.
A sisterhood.
A blueprint.
A force.

🌸 Life Lately — A Birthday Trip to the Cotswolds & The Lessons 33 Brings

My trip to the Cotswolds was more than a celebration. It was a reset, a healing cocoon.
The countryside air, the calm, the candlelit rooms, the tequila-fuelled honesty, the laughter that made my chest unclench - it was the first time in a long time that I felt truly held.

It gave me space to breathe, to release, to reflect on the year behind me. And in that stillness, I realised how much I’ve grown. How much of my strength this year was quiet and private, not performative.
Estelle reminded me that joy is a strategy. Rest is a strategy. Softness can be strength.

🌿 10 Reflections at 33

1. We’re always stronger than the version of ourselves we left behind.
This year reminded me how much emotional, professional, and personal growth happens quietly - but shows up loudly when life tests you.

2. Success is never an accident - it’s built through discipline.
My career, my reputation, my trajectory were all shaped by years of consistency, not luck.

3. Resilience is the most underrated skill.
You can be hurting privately and still show up professionally - that duality is a strength many women underestimate in themselves.

4. Your purpose often starts forming before you even recognise it.
Wall Street Girls Club was born from years of pressure, burnout, ambition, and self-discovery - long before it had a name.

5. Worth isn’t given - it’s realised.
The moment you stop seeking validation, everything shifts. Confidence becomes internal, not reactive.

6. Setbacks don’t diminish you - they refine you.
Dating this year taught me more about alignment and emotional readiness than anything else. Clarity is the gift endings leave behind.

7. High standards aren’t demanding - they’re self-respect.
In every area of life, you teach people how to treat you. Shrinking yourself serves no one.

8. Softness and strength are not opposites.
Leading with kindness, femininity, and openness is still leadership - and often the most magnetic form.

9. You can build a beautiful life through both ambition and intention.
None of what I have was handed to me - it is equal parts hard work, self-belief, and choosing the environments that elevate me.

10. The next chapter is always the one with the most potential.
Especially when you finally trust the woman steering the direction.

📈 This Week in Markets - The WSGC Take

A quick look at what’s shaping the financial backdrop right now - and what it means for women like us:

• Issuance remains strong across leveraged finance and investment grade, despite mixed macro signals.
WSGC Take: Even when the environment is unstable, momentum can exist - the key is confidence and timing.

• Tech valuations continue to stabilise after a turbulent year.
WSGC Take: Sustainable value > meteoric spikes. Slow, disciplined growth always outperforms emotional markets - and emotional decisions.

• Private credit is still king.
WSGC Take: Optionality is power. Diversifying your sources of income, opportunity, energy, and self-worth matters everywhere - not just in capital structures.

• Consumer luxury is holding up.
WSGC Take: Aspirational identity sells because people crave meaning and elevation - and the same is true for personal brands, leadership presence, and the energy you carry.

• Rate cuts on the horizon continue to support risk appetite.
WSGC Take: Ease always follows tightening cycles - financially and personally. Pressure is temporary; realignment is the reward.

💼 A Quick Reminder - The Wall Street Girls Club Launch

The next chapter of Wall Street Girls Club is coming soon - and this one feels bigger, clearer, and more aligned than ever.
It’s not just a platform anymore; it’s becoming a community for ambitious, intentional women who want depth, strategy, beauty, balance, and evolution in equal measure.
